Are you a new agent?  Are you an established agent who now has too many deals going and not enough time for the paperwork?  Either way, McBride & Associates can help you.  We can either utilize our tools or yours to help you complete your transaction.  We have a well established track record of keeping deals on track for other agents and can provide those services to you as well.  Our transaction coordinators have experience in deals that range from 200k to 3M, so no deal is to large or small for them to support you though.

Our services is designed for your needs.  We can be the point of contact for your clients and manage your entire transaction after acceptance or we can complete all the paperwork for you and continue to let you take the lead, or somewhere in between.  We will utilize our established checklist ensure that all the documents you require to close are taken care of.  If your brokerage has a checklist they would like you to work from we will work from it in place of our own.  When the deal is completed we will them upload the files to the location of your choice if we have been utilizing our tools.

Our fee is based on what you need and the complexity of the deal and will many times be more competitive that what you may be paying for in-house at your brokerage.  Our fee is due at the close of your transaction, so you do not pay until your close and you can even provide payment from escrow if that is your preference.

Even though our team is part of Alta Realty Group, we will assure you that YOUR client is YOUR client.  After the transaction we will not market to them or contact them without your permission.  We understand that if it happened to our Realtors® that we would be upset, so why we would do that to someone else.
